About The Academy HS

The Academy HS is a Virtual Non-Traditional High School serving extraordinary students with Dyslexia, ADHD, and Non-Traditional Learners. We serve students across the globe and in your time zone. The Academy HS is an affiliate of The Academy Way Network of Schools which includes virtual schools and physical campuses in the United States.

Everything our amazingly brilliant students learn at The Academy HS prepares them for real-life. Our model is competency-based and does not require students to memorize facts or information to spit out on meaningless exams. There are no grades, credits, exams, or wasted time and money.

Academy HS students are involved in 2 hours of collaborative virtual classes 4xs each week with only 10 students. Each student receives amazingly dedicated attention from their 2 high school teachers and Individual Academic Mentoring every week.

An Academy HS student's academic journey is documented by The Mastery Transcript. Students graduate with a high school diploma from our accredited high school in 3 to 5 years depending on their own specific individual journey and readiness for college or the real-world. When they leave us, they are prepared for their next stage in life.
